Personal growth
The woman as mother and partner
If a mother protects her children as a hen, she inhibits their development into autonomy. If a mother educates the girls to submissiveness and adaptation to the world of men and the boys to machismo, she consolidates a traditional form of life. If a woman requires from a man to lead his life in conformity to her preferences, she does not respect his needs. She counteracts the man's personal development. The man as a partner
If a man requires from a woman to lead her life in conformity to his preferences, he does not respect her needs. He counteracts the woman's personal development. The effects of partner relationship
A rigid partner agreement favors the solidification of a relationship. If man or women feel urged to live a life in conformity with the wishes of a partner, they may experience absurdness, emptiness and boredom. If a woman is frustrated, she perhaps will tend to invest all her energy in their children. She does not give enough free room to the children and hampers so their development. If a man lives in a relationship that he finds boring, he fills the void with something. Maybe he will not be a helper and servant for the society, but he will fight for having power over other people. The extent to which men and women are unhappy in their relationships is to see when women talk to women only and men talk openly among men of their partnership.Goals
The independent, mature and happy human is a desirable development goal. It means to lead both sexes to personal fulfillment, independence, social responsibility and also help them to achieve personal dreams. The women's second major step
Women have done a major step towards to independence. Now the women of the world need to do the second important step. They are the ones who can change the habits and the current dependency system from woman to man. Why? Because women transmit much of the goals of education to the children, they have an important influence on the next generation. Women influence the culture and our future to a significant extent. The big step for men
The man should contribute to the goal that all children of this world have the opportunity to develop and deploy. The horizon of the man should not be limited to the small family. Fighting only for his children, perhaps biological, leads to the risk that the man forgets his obligations to a wider community and to the world and then leads a narrow life. This, in reality, he does not like at all.The job of the prehistoric hunters and maybe also farmers was oriented to the horde and perhaps to an even wider community. A reorientation of the role of men should take this into account. The adventurer, the member of the horde, the hero, the vindicator has finally the duty to mow the lawn every week. This can lead to frustration and a frustrated man can be dangerous. It is crucial to our culture if the men's contribution to society is a positive or negative one. If his thought patterns are only oriented to the ego and to the nuclear family, his contribution to society will be certainly negative, perhaps even destructive. His mission is to defend the Horde. At today's interconnection, the horde is in fact the whole world. If the men takes care for the world, he also helps his own children. If men doe not have that great horizon, the earth and the human are suffering.
