Mysticism for beginners

Lie down. Give full attention to your body. After a while, you would like to move. You are uncomfortable? Would you like to stretch a leg, a shoulder or the face? Do you want to shake your back? Accept it. Watch over your body. It allows you to live on earth. Your body is your home that must be maintained. Do you feel disharmony? Do accept that your daily movements become more correct. Perhaps you can realize that you are beginning to feel better and you start to experience holiness, your holiness.

Training for the holiness

Observe your breathing. Let your breath come and go. Observe if your breathing is functioning properly. Watch the coming and going of the breath carefully. Leave space for subtle changes that occur and breathing becomes progressively more harmonious. You become more lively and you begin to get an idea of the power of your breathing. Have patience. Accept the changes you are experiencing without forcing. Observe your thoughts. Let them come and go without wanting to change something. Think what you have to think and observe your thoughts and your breath. Perhaps you notice some change. Observe the flow of your breath and the movement of your thoughts. Do your business and watch your breathing, observe your thoughts and movements during work. Observe if you have a good feeling. Be patient with yourself. Do not try to achieve something with force. Accept the power of what is correct and if the joy will come to you, give him room to expand.

Do not force anything!

Do not force anything, do not import anything, do not impose you your proper ideas. If we want to move forward actively, we risk blurring because our will is in charge of our history. It is unreliable and unstable. Observe your inside, allow the correct to happen, have patience, do not add anything. We can make progress by observing the reality openly and by perceiving the wrong thing and allowing its correction. That way we get rid of our obstacles and of our prejudices physical, mental and spiritual.

Aditional effects

If we give more attention to our physical and mental functions than before and if we visualize them more closely, then our stereotyped behavior and views become paler. This brings us closer to the truth. Perhaps we would be surprised by the cognitions that are coming now. We then have reached the degree of the perception of mystical reality, that's where the richness of life begins.

Attention and breathing

We have learned to jump with our attention always where it is needed. If we want to improve something in our body or in our mind without focusing on a specific purpose, the effect will be minimal. We need a clear focusing on our goal. While inhaling, you go with your attention to where the problem is. Then you breathe out. Breathe this way as long as it feels right. An additional movement of your hand or your body may eventually strengthen your attention and amplify the effect.
